Price of the ticket is not included in the price of the program. You can book your flight yourself or ask us to do it for you (in this case we’ll ask you to transfer the price of the ticket to our account and we’ll book the ticket for you and send you the electronic copy).

Moscow has 3 airports – Domodedovo, Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo. You’re free to use any of them for arrival. So feel free to book the tickets with the arrival to any of those airports. If you’re booking to Sheremetyevo – pay attention to the terminal! It has several terminals and some of them have not only numbers but also letters – so make sure you know the right terminal! Might be not a big issue when you’re arriving but when you’re leaving the country – make sure you arrive to the right terminal as some of the terminals are quite far from each other!

We’ll meet you at the airport in Moscow and help you to get to the city. You’ll be offered to chose the mean of transport to get to the city – bus (the ticket price is around 2-3 euro) or air-express (the ticket price is about 8 euro). Our colleagues will accompany you from the airport till the venue of the accommodation.
